is a quaint little, custom-built town home nestled at the edge of Converse Heights, across the street from Bob's Car Wash. It has served as a quiet retreat for its owners for many years.

Esther happened upon this little gem during a quiet afternoon stroll almost a year before it became available, and right away hoped that one day, she would have the opportunity to locate her massage studio there.

The property features a screened private drive, a cozy garden patio, and reclaimed plantation paneling inside.
